The housing market is to remain open during the four week national lockdown.
Here at Michael J Chapman Estate Agents, our priority will always be the safety of our staff and customers. We will continue to operate within the current rules and guidance in a remarkably busy property market.
Although our branch will be closed to the public and on an appointment only basis from 5th November, staff will be working from here, So if you require an appointment or have any questions about moving, all you need to do is get in touch and we will still be providing the excellent service you are used to.
All house moves are expected to go ahead, and we will be continuing to operate safely. Socially distanced property valuations and viewings will still be able to go ahead, however we can also provide virtual appointments if preferred.
We hope we can continue to provide help and support to those moving home over the coming weeks. We will be following government guidelines strictly so if guidelines change then we may have to alter our service. We will do everything in our power to inform you of changes to our service as soon as possible. We would like to thank all our customers and wonderful staff for your full support and understanding in these challenging times.
